At AutoEdge Supply, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review this refund policy before placing an order.
Returns
Return requests may be submitted within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging when possible.
To start a return, contact us at autoedgesupply@gmail.com or through Shopify Inbox on our store. Please include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for your request.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review the request and help resolve it with a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.
Non-returnable items
Items that show signs of use, installation damage, misuse, missing parts, or damage not caused by shipping may not qualify for a refund.
For vehicle accessories, customers are responsible for checking compatibility and following safe-use instructions before use.
Return shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Original shipping charges, if any, may not be refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
